The kitchen island stands against the wall while the rest of it is hidden in storage near the stairs. The minimalist design and big windows make the white interior look airy.

58 square meters

A modern 58 square meter loft designed by Grupo Promart is a stunning compact dwelling with a loft bed, living dining area and a kitchen sort of divided from the LD by spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom. The bathroom is located behind the kitchen near the entrance. The white interior design with pops of orange contrasts with dark wood floors.

67 square meters

This modern stylish loft was designed by CREA Projects. There is a living area divided by an open shelf bookcase from a dining kitchen which shares the wall with open loft bedroom that sits atop the bathroom.
